Have you done the Red Arrow?? If you went around once and built up to 2-3 times, that is the best excercise you can do!!! You definately don't need to run it either.
RPM/SPIN classes at the gym are awesome. You can burn up to 700-800 calories in the 45 minute class.
Lunge from one end of your backyard to the other and start carrying something when you do it!
Stick to low GI foods and you can lose heaps of weight. No white potatoes, eat Bazmati rice, low GI multi grain bread (but not too much!) no beer!!! You can buy a handbook with low GI foods and recipes.
It is not a diet, it is just a healthier way of eating that is better for your body.
Sometimes it is the type food we eat that makes it so hard to shift the weight. I just had the nicest piece of homemade sticky date pudding just now! Lucky I did that RPM class this morning!!

Hi I've been quoted $199 for 12 personal training sessions and was looking for a cheaper option or just someone who is willing to do it for less. I really need some help to loose 20kg.
