I put my whole family on the CSIRO Healthy Wellbeing Diet(actually a lifestyle change)after my Dad recomended it to me and the results we staggering!!!!It is a three month eating plan with all your recipes shopping lists etc.You can't go wrong.

I think it's important to exercise regularly but you need to do soethng you enjoy. Plus eat healthy foods but don't deprive yourself of treats (just not too many).

Good on you hotfmcliffo! At least you're doing something about it!

I too am undergoing a 'lifestyle' change. I plan on losing 2 dress sizes in 9 weeks.

My trainers told me to eat 6 small meals (healthy snacks etc) a day - to boost my metobolism rate up! I'm also doing 3 intense gym sessions a week, and not eating carbs after 3 pm.
