Magic location and friendly staff more than makes up for the aging facilities. If you expect modern and new, look elsewhere. But if you enjoy well priced quiet getaways among nature, this is it. Wallabies hopping around your windows, wild birds and lush green foliage, azure water and deep orange sunsets. We had a ball. Only complaint was cold coffee in the restaurant as it is catering thermos not an urn plugged in. But would recommend to others. Chris.

Simple, fun, great to stop by and drink some cocktails in the pool.

The island and the landscapes are very beautiful! We especially enjoyed the hiking tracks. The resort is well serviced and maintained, however the backpacker part is located at the back of the resort and the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms dedicated to the backpackers are barely cleaned... A barbecue is available to cook, but no meat can be bought on the island... It seems like they added the backpackers facilities to the resort, but without really thinking on how they would manage it.
